She Did That!
Singer, Songwriter Erykah Badu is Fierce, Bold, Sexy, and flawlessly BEAUTIFUL in her latest Givenchy spread with renown fashion designer, Ricarrdo Tisci and everyone is talking about it.
Ms. Badu partnered up with the Givenchy’s lead fashion designer for the “Afro-Centric meets Japanese ” spring collection and also became the lead model for the launch ad. The Grammy nominee uploaded a few of her favorite pics from the spread [both old and new].
When asked by V Magazine, why the two decided to work together they said:
” Not only does she have a superb eye for silhouette and technique, but he also has an imagination that’s pretty out there – said Tisci.
That’s why we get along pretty well. He allowed me to contribute to the style of the shoots. said Badu. “
“She puts the looks together in such a strong way. I was really impressed. Some celebrities are in campaigns for money or whatever but its forced.”
