While the Jackson family underwent trail proceedings for a civil lawsuit against AEG Live in the wrongful death of Micbael Jackson, , Jermaine Jackson assumed that the outcome would be in the family’s favor so [ banking on a guilty verdict and new monies pouring into melting pot] he decided to trade in his rolls royce [for 90K] only to drop [70K] on a 2009 ferrari which cost him close to $169,000.

To make matters worse, new reports have surfaced that Jermaine Jackson has been issued a subpeona for court due to unpaid child support payments. According to TMZ:
Alejandra Jackson [who also has two children by brother Randy Jackson – yeah that’s a story by itself] has now issued a court order for Jermaine Jackson [current hubby] to pay child support for their three children. Alejandra is seeking 3,000 month in support. However, Jermaine Jackson finances are in bad shape at the moment and Katherine Jackson is not issuing any bail outs this time around. Ms Jackson is said to be furious.
