The Court Battle Is On AGAIN!
Usher, and his ex-wife Tameka Foster are back in court to in attempts to settle their co-parenting issues. As you may know, Usher has been given full custody of the couple’s two sons [ages 4, and 5] following their NASTY public divorce back in 2009. Despite Foster’s numerous attempts to re-petition her role as primary guardian [including this past summer when their 5 -year old son was rushed to the hospital after a pool accident turned fatal under Usher’s watch] the judge retained Usher’s parental rights of full custody.
Now, Foster has issued new claims to the court claiming that Usher has disobeyed the co-parenting agreement and has completely shut her out on the decisions that concern their children’s welfare, reports TMZ. The new petition comes after, Foster learned that Usher signed up their five year-old for football practice without notifying her and or getting her approval in the matter..
Well, not sure what the outcome of this case will be but its sure to heat up YET again. This is a classic case of a bad BREAK-UP. When two adults can’t seem to put their differences ASIDE for the sake of their children and CO-PARENT maturely without petty feuds [that continue to deplete monies for court fees ] is flat our RIDICULOUS know matter how rich or wealthy one is. Clearly, these are the side effects of being a celebrity – I guess.
