Floyd “Money” Mayweather was victorious yet again last night as he took on his opponent Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez. The sold out event drew crowds +m celebrities from all parts of the Globe and Floyd was determined to win. One major surprise in the evening is when Judge scored the fight a tie-draw between Mayweatjer and Alvarez. Now I’m not sure whats fight she was watching but it was more than noticeable that Mayweather was the dominant contender last night.
When asked about the Judge score Mayweather said:
“I’m not in control of what the judges do. I’m a little shocked…. things happen in the the sport of boxing. Everything is a learning experience.”
Even former champ Lennox Lewis concurred with Mayweather on twitter saying:
“The judge that had it a draw needs to quit.”
There was little talk as to whether Mayweather plans to retire from the sport [given his longstanding winning streak and body wear and tear of repeated fights. The verdict is still and in the meantime he’s still the champ. TMT!
