The Fight Is On!
Dwayne Wade ex-wife Siovaughn Wade was captured protesting outside of a courthouse in Chicago, Illinois [where she currently resides] with a post card that read: “NBA Miami Heat Star Mother Of His Children“. Clearly, that post caption drew attention and speculation and Siovaughn spoke to reporters about her parental grievances.
As you may know already, Dwayne Wade was granted custody of their two son’s Zaire and in result of their divorce. According to Siovaughn, Dwayne Wade’s ‘Celebrity’, ‘Power’ and ‘Money’ status ultimately was the deciding factor in their custody hearing and its been a slippery slope ever since.
There was so many accusations that Siovaughn spilled on the city streets of Chicago. While talking to reporters, Siovaughn alleges:
– that “powers that be ” [referring to Dwayne Wade and his guru lawyers] want more from her than money and they are trying to ruin her [LITERALLY]
– Dwayne Wade does not want her spending time with her OWN children therefore he enrolled their boys in extracurricular activities during her parent time and she is unable to fight for her rights against D-Wade
– Dwayne Wade wants to enforce a settlement and has already [secret handedly] dismissed two cases with the help of her lawyer [whom Dwayne pays] by 1) revoking her right to speak on the case re: her lawsuit against Dwayne Wade, Staples and Gatorade and 2) a dismissal on an ‘STD’ claim that Siovaughn pursued against Dwayne.
Siovaughn went on to say that when she questioned the court about her “parental time” [in which she provided an example of her visit to Miami to see her children only to be told that they were scheduled for basketball practice for 8-9 hours], the parent coordinator [aka the liason in this case] told her that she must allow her children to play basketball for eight to nine hours during her parental time or else they will ask the court to revoke her parental rights indefinitely.
In conclusion Siovaughn sauys she feel like she’s living in the days of ‘Moses‘ and ‘Pharoah‘ and she simply just wants her “Freedom”
Another SMH moment. There simply has to be a better outcome in this case between the two parties.
