As we reported earlier this week Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has named their newborn daughter “North West“. While many people feel that the directional name was an odd name for their newborn, Kim’s mother – Kris Jenner explained quite the contrary during her interview stop at ABC’s ‘The View‘ show.
“I loved the name North. I’m Pro North – Absolutely says Kris. The ways she [Kim] explains it to me was that ‘North‘ means “Highest Power“, and she says to me that ‘North’ is their [ Kim and Kanye’s relationship]highest power – and I thought that was sweet, concludes Kris.”
Kris went on to say to Barbara Walters: “You don’t go around calling somebody – “Hi “North West”. It’s just North!”
And there you have it, straight from the Hollywood momanger herself. Despite the ongoing conversation about Kimye’s child, the kardashians and Mr. West are unfathomed by it all.
