On Thursday May 9th celebrity guests Rosanna Scotto and Greg Kelly from Good Day New York, Heather Thomson from The Real Housewives of NYC, French Montana, Carmindy from TLC’s What Not To Wear, R&B singer Melanie Fiona, Carla Facciolo from VH1′s Mob Wives, Middleweight Boxing Champion Peter Quillin, Chrisette Michelle, Vashtie, Tashera Simmons [ex-wife of DMX] and Yandy Smith from Love and Hip Hop joined Wendy Williams for a momentous occasion at Pink Elephant in NYC to celebrate the launch of her new book “Ask Wendy” by HarperCollins.
Additionally guests were there [including myself and other media persons alike] to cover and toast her off to the big white way – in her new Broadway role as Matron “Mama” Morton in Chicago. Beats were provided by DJ Kiss and sponsors included HarperCollins, SAAS Hot Sauce, Logic Cigarettes, Delicia, Wodka Vodka, Alibi, and Hint Water.
Sidebar: Wendy Williams is by far one the most “down to earth” celebrities to date. Despite her MANY Accomplishments, her GROWING success, and her “Say It Like You Mean It” demeanor, she’s is graciously humbled and she wasn’t too “uppity” to party and snap a few flicks alongside her “common folks” throughout event.
