Well, move over Braxton’s and Mary Mary, there’s some new neighbors in town! Our favorite 90’s R&B group “SWV [Sisters with Voices] is back with new music and an new reality show [it seems]. Coko [Cheryl Gamble] , Lelee [Leanne Lyons] , and Taj [Tamara Antrice Johnson-George] will give viewers a first inside look into their personal lives and their re-journey back into the music industry.
According to reports from Always A List:
“The trio have finalized a deal with WE TV and filmed a pilot with E-One Entertainment last fall. No name has been set for the show or a premiere date. The show will explore the new stage in their musical lives since releasing their last album, ‘,’ in 2012. The LP was the first project they put out after a 15-year hiatus. They’ll also explore their offstage antics and discuss why they broke up for several years.”
Although a reality show will be a first for members Coko, and Lelee, this will be the second time around for member Taj George. Taj and her hubby NFL player, Eddie George had landed their very own reality show entitled “I Married A Baller” back in 2007. However, her show didn’t surpass its first season goal despite its good premise.
No official date has been announced as yet but their reality show is said to launch by the end of this year. Will you be watching?
