Sweet Brown Sues Apple For Using Her Popular Phrase Title In Songs!

Sweet Brown [the woman who made her internet celebrity fame for her catch phrase but “Nobody Got Time For That” is suing apple for using her popular catch phrase and voice in a few songs which [Apple reportedly sold on Itunes.

As you may know Sweet Brown [aka Kimberly Wilkins] was interviewed by a reporter from Oklahoma City’s KFOR regarding an fire blaze that had sprung on . During the interview Wilkins said a number of phrases — including “Ain’t Nobody Got Time For That” — that have since gone viral. The meme has also been remixed a number of times, including for Thanksgiving and during “Snowstorm Nemo“.

Since the catch went viral on the internet Sweet Brown was gifted a facial make-over including dental work .

Sweet Brown has filed her claim in federal court where she alleges that representatives from the Bob Rivers Show called her the day after the April 8, 2012, interview and asked “general questions relating to the apartment fire.”
