Beyonce Covers March Issue Of Vogue Magazine! Talks Child Birth, New Album & More!

Beyonce opens up about her journey to motherhood in the March issue of Vogue magazine. In the article interview Beyonce talks about her special mommy-daughter bond with Blue-Ivy and her life has changed drastically post giving birth. “I feel like I have something that has grounded me so much more,” says Beyonce. The End Of Time singer says that  Baby Blue is her little road dog; traveling with her and hubby Jay-Z pretty much everywhere

Beyoncé’s path to motherhood was rocky, but now that she’s mom to year-old Blue Ivy, the entertainer says her life has opened up.” She’s my homey, my best friend ” When asked about the birthing provess Bey says she was very much afraid at one point but she was able to get her mind off of the actual labor process with the help of her close relatives and and speaking to Baby Blue -Ivy.

“I had a very strong connection with my child,” Beyoncé says. “I imagined this tiny infant doing all the work, so I couldn’t think about my own pain. … We were talking. I know it sounds crazy, but I felt a communication.”

Vogue warns that 2013 is going to be the Year of Beyoncé, which has already kicked into gear with last month’s inauguration and the Super Bowl halftime show Feb. 3.

Beyonce’s documentary, “Life Is But A Dream” will debut this tomorrow on HBO, and her upcoming world tour, “ The Mrs. Carter Show,” is set to kick off in the spring. Beyonce has recently been announced as the headling act of Essence Music Festival [in July ] which will take place in New Orleans,  and Bey will also be appearing on Oprah Winfrey Next Chapter this Saturday for an exclusive interview. Sheesh – Beyonce is one busy bee!

One can only imagine what Bey’s new album will bring.  Bey says:

“It’s a lot more sensual . . . empowering.” It celebrates being a wife and a mother, reflecting the obvious changes in her life. “Right now, after giving birth, I really understand the power of my body,” she says. “I just feel my body means something completely different. I feel a lot more confident about it. Even being heavier, thinner, whatever. I feel a lot more like a woman. More feminine, more sensual. And no shame.”
