Oh Lawd – Another Scandal In Reality TV Bites The Dust!
Love & Hip Hop-New York reality star, Yandy Smith and ‘babydaddy’ Mandecees Harris have been reportedly axed from VH1’s Love and Hip Hop franchise in light of new legal woes surrounding Mandecees ‘child molestation’ charges. Harris, 35 is currently on trial for allegedly engaging in “inappropriate sexual acts” with a 15-year old dated back to 2009-2010. According to court documents, the victim says she performed “fellacio” on Harris and was fondled by Harris [via use of excessive force] If convicted, Harris could face up to 20 years in prison.
Given the sensitivity and media attention of this case, [especially now that VH1 has premiered season two of Love & Hip Hop New York, producers are said to be working in overtime to edit Yandy and Mandecees storyline from the remaining season. Both Yandy nor Mandecees have yet to make a statement.
