Kandi Buruss will soon be able to call herself an official Real Housewife Of Atlanta. The singer/songwriter got engaged to her boyfriend Todd Tuckerat the start of the new year.Todd and Kandi met on the show [Todd is one of the producers of the show] and the two hit it off instantly. As we’ve seen this season of RHOA, the two are compatible for one another and they openly display their love of affection both on and off screen.
Todd popped the question on New Year’s Day accompanied by a beautiful two-carat diamond ring designed by the Gregg Ruth. Earlier this week the couple made the official announcement to fans [via the cover of US Weekly] and the two couldn’t be more excited about the news. Inside the mag, Todd dished on the details of the proposal [which he says took 3-4 months preparation] and his excitement about walking down the aile with his soul-mate.
Here’s what Kandi had to say it of it all.
“I used to make jokes with my friends that I [was] part of the Forever Single Club,” Burruss tells Us, adding that she and her hubby-to-be already have some ideas about their wedding. “That’s what I said before, but now I’m totally different.”
