Kill the rumors – Frank Ocean was Not arrested for any illegal sexual encounter!
As you may have heard from the reports – Singer/Songwriter, Frank Ocean was ALLEGEDLY arrested after cops pulled him over in Mammoth Lake, California and found him in a “sexual act” with another male. Now this particular rumor has already been carried to the heavens and back and believed to be true [given that Frank “came out of the closet’ last year] but the ARREST allegations have been falsely according to the officers.
Close sources of ours tells us that Frank Ocean was detained as a result of a routine traffic stop – NOTHING MORE! According to the California highway Patrol, Ocean was given a citation of a “Notice to Appear” [in court] for driving with a suspended license, speeding and for the tinted front windows.

“On 12/31/2012 at approximately 1630 hours, Officer E. Moore, #20190, was in full CHP winter uniform, and driving a black and white departmental sedan (Class E),” the statement read. “Officer Moore was stopped facing northbound in the center median of US-395, north of Tom’s Place monitoring traffic. Officer Moore observed a black BMW driving southbound on US-395 exceeding the 65 MPH maximum speed limit. Officer Moore accelerated his patrol vehicle in order to follow the BMW, and then observed a marked patrol unit from the Mono County Sheriff’s Department making an enforcement stop on the BMW. After the Mono County Sheriff’s Department unit stopped the BMW, Officer Moore stopped to provide any necessary assistance.”
Now stop with all those rumors and leave Frank Ocean ALONE!
