As final funerals get underway for the innocent children and adults that were killed at the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting in Newtown Connecticut, there is an urgency on the next plan of action on the rules and regulations on the current gun control legislation. There are so many questions on the table [Who should or should not be eligible to carry or purchase a firearm?, School Safety Protocols, and Whether or not School security officers should now carry a firearm?]
While the jury may still be out on those questions, a new organization entitled Demand A Plan has teamed up with some our A list celebs to issue a PSA video urging our government to Do Something NOW about our gun laws. In the video everyone from actors, singers, comedians join forces to call and end to the STOP the senseless killing of children and adults who die each day at the hands of a GUN.
Jamie Fox, Jessica Alba, Chris Rock, Amy Poehler, Reese Witherspoon, Beyonce, Will Ferrell and hit the mark with their message as they declare ‘ENOUGH‘ of the shootings that occurred in Columbine, Toussaint, Arizona, Virgina Tech, Fort Hood, Aurora, Oak Creek, and recently in Newtown CT.
