Watch out now – Tamar Braxton has arrived on the music scene!
The reality star/wife of music executive Vincent Herbert debut her first single “Love and War” on itunes this week and it is a SMASHING HIT. Now like many of you I too agree that Tamar is often over the top, flamboyantly blunt to the point where its annoyingly hard to watch but one thing to note is that this woman can SANG! We watched Tamar profess her love of wanting to be a pop star [since the days of singing background for her sister – Toni Braxton] and not having the opportunity to go up against the music top elite [Beyonce, Alicia Keys, J-Hud, Rihanna, Lady Gaga- whom her hubby manages and others] as a result.
Well, hubby Vincent Herbert promised that this year would be different and signed his wife to a recording deal. As the couple debut their first time reality show “Tamar and Vince” on WE network [this fall], we’ve see Tamar hitting the studio, belting out strong vocals on ballad songs, getting sassy and exposing her ‘inner kitten’ on pop records like a true natural born talent and on the finale show [which aired last night] Tamar debut her newest single to let the world know that she has ARRIVED!
Tamar also received a huge endorsement by Lady Gaga herself. Taking to her monster fans on twitter Gaga said:
K I never promote artists but if u want your mind blown check @tamarbraxtonher “Love and War”…She’s Toni Braxton sister + her voice is BEYOND”
Myself and @tamarbraxtonher have been the best of friends since her husband Vincent discovered me +signed me when I was 20. SHE IS INCREDIBLE!
