[Photos & Videos] President Barack Obama Wins Re-Election!

The people have spoken! President Barack Obama was re-elected for a second term last night.  The people have made history once again and Obama’s  second win proves that anything is possible when we UNITE.

“The president won in his home state of Illinois as well as Romney’ s home state of Massachusetts [where Romney previously served as governor]. Obama also won Romney’s birth state of Michigan, along with Colorado, Nevada, California, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Maine, Rhode Island, Hawaii and the District of Columbia -reports CNN.”

Looking onto the crowd of thousands of  voters [of ALL ethnic groups] with Stevie Wonder’s classic song “Sign, Sealed, Delivered” song playing the background,  Barack took the podium and issued the following statement

“Tonight, in this election, you, the American people, reminded us that while our road has been hard, while our journey has been long, we have picked ourselves up, we have fought our way back, and we know in our hearts that for the United States of America, the best is yet to come.

Understanding the seriousness of the people’s “CALL TO ACTION”  of both our nation’s issues [unemployment, tax increase, women’s rights, healthcare and our economic deficit, etc] Obama says that he understands his role as COMMANDER & CHIEF and will work with both all partisans [including Mitt Romney] to get our economy back on track!

“Our Economy is recovering!  A decade of war is ending. A long campaign is now over! And whether I earned your vote or not I have listened to you, I have learned from you, and you’ve made me a better President.  And with your stories and your struggles I return to the White House more determined, and more inspired than ever about the work that has to be done and the future of our country. “

Here’s the speech!

Of course there many folks that were disappointed and angry, one of which was NYS resident/real estate head honcho Donal Trump.

His negative rhetorics was shared by many Romney supporters, but surprisingly Republican candidate Mitt Romney took a more bi-partisan stance during his concession speech as did the audience who showed at the very minimum respect to the hard fight that both candidates played in this election.

“We are An American family, and We Rise And Fall As One Nation!

Last night, We The People [aka ‘The Minority‘] marked history once again and elected Barack Obama for a second term as the 44th president of the United States.

Now its time to get to work!
