Rapper/Producer, Wyclef made twitter headlines after he tweeted a pic of himself in some tight speedo’s on a motorcycle saying for his 43rd birthday last week. After a plethora of folks went in [including me] on what their idea pf the pic meant, Wyclef appeared on the NY radio morning show, ‘The Breakfast Club‘ to talk about his reason for issuing the pic publicly. The former Haiti presidential candidate made no apologies for the pic and embrace it instead. Here’s what he had to say about it all:
“First of all, the pic with the speedo’s…that’s an old pic. I’m part of a bike club. And I do….the oil that you see that’s on my body and the 14-pack that you see and the ashy leg that you see…I didn’t want to grease my legs on purpose. If you look on my Facebook, you’ll see similar pictures. I don’t regret anything. As serious as I am, I’m a clown, I love the humor of what I do–it’s funny. There’s going to be a calendar.”

Wyclef went on to talk about why he exposed his affair with Lauren Hill after umteen years; noting that his tell-all autiobiography was not of for profitable gains but rather him making his story documented in the history books.:

I am not blowing up Lauryn Hill’s spot. … How many books have we read back in the day and now we compare to whats happening today and say; that was not true, this was true etc……If you read my book in its entirety, I’ve never painted a picture that I was perfect man.. If you follow and listen to the Wyclef doctrine; every man has been on the creep..
When asked if he believed Lauryn is crazy Clef says:
First of all, I don’t think Lauryn’s crazy. There was a situation that I feel that she’s bipolar and that was more of what I expressed.
