Last night round two of the 2012 presidential debate kicked off with President Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney, and boy did these men come prepared to challenge one another. Both men seems as though they had something to prove more than the game of politics. Obama seemed as though he needed to redeem himself from his ‘lousy’ performance in round one of the debates, and Romney was not as ‘poised‘ in his speech when responding to Obama during last night’s debate.
Romney continued to call out Obama on some of the “false truths” that Obama allegedly has given the public with regards to his “Obama Care health initiative meanwhile Romney still provided any-to-little specifications as to how he would not increase taxes [the middle class will not be affected he alleges], he would get majority of our citizens back to work and our economy growing, and he would stop the cut of military personnel and make it sronger in numbers instead. Now where is all this money come from?
Sidebar: I’d love to see the arithmetic on that? I thought the goal was to somehow balance our current deficit while sustaining our economy and making it stronger.
Check out some of the highlights of last night’s debate:
In related news, Jay-Z endorses Obama in a new PSA Video. In the video, Jay talks about the importance of our voice and our votes as a Nation in the political spectrum. Jay-Z shares the experience of what it was like when President Barack Obama [a black man] was elected as Head Chief of the White House back in 2008.
“When the president got in office initially, what he represented to a nation of kids was hope. You know the hope of people across the country who would look and see themselves and know the possibilities. Obama gave a “voice” to those who were “silent” because they didn’t believe their voice mattered.”
