If you tuned into BET’s 106th & park show yesterday then you probably noticed that Rocsi and Terrence have moved on and are no longer the hosts of the music countdown show. The show revealed the newest hosts which includes 4 new individuals for the job; one of whom is rapper Bow Wow aka @ymcmb_bw. The other three judges are L-R @shortydaprince, @therealpaigion, @missmykie .
Sidebar: Is it me or does Miss Mykie have a resemblance to former host Free? It may be the burgundy hair stye but it’s obvious that BET is tying to imitate the images of their former hosts. At least this time around when two calls out sick their already have two other hosts to fill in for the day. Smart move BET!
Some people were quite shocked to learn that Bow-Wow accepted the gig given his rap career with his recently inked deal with Young Money/Cash Money records but Bow Wow knows the “Money” motto all too well and continues to get his money from several different tree branches [movies, rap career, hosting gigs, etc] when he gets a chance.
Here’s what Bow Wow said of his new gig:
106 & Park has always been home to me, so now it’s official,” said Bow Wow. “I’m here now. This is my job every day. I’m here now to bring y’all the hottest show on the planet.
