DENIED and REJECTED were the courts orders to Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster. Foster is seeking to regain full custody of her two children Usher V,4 and Nayvid , 4 [whom she had with Usher] after the judge granted the 33 year old singer with full custody of their children last month.
Tameka Foster’s appeal came after her opinion that the judge in custody battle case, Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane was biased in her decision given her acquaintance with Usher’s lawyers. Foster went on to say thats Judge Lane received campaign donations from Usher’s lawyer back in 2008.
Well, Judge Lane [could care less what Foster is alleging] and noted that the campaign donation was and still is of public record despite Tameka and Usher’s custody trial and therefore denied Tameka’s request for a custody retrial.
It seems like Tameka is getting a “slammed door” at every turn. Foster has already suffered the loss of one her children [which I feel she has not yet fully grieved for], her fairytale marriage to Usher has dissolved, she’s lost custody of her two youngest children, and while throwing public shade re: Usher’s infidelities, and alleged drug mis-use, Tameka received the same during Usher’s interview with Oprah’s Next Chapter. This is truly a sad story!
Reportedly, Tameka is seeking to appeal the latest decision. Hoping for the best!
