Josie Harris, the mother of Floyd Mayweather’s three children, has released a public statement to TMZ, stating that she has forgiven Floyd for assaulting her in front of her children [ie: which resulted in his recent sentence to two months this past summer] and says that there is no bad blood between the two, and notes that they are working on building a better friendship for the sake of their children.
As you may recall, Josie Harris recount of the incident describes Mayweather in anger and rage following a verbal dispute the two had, where the undefeated champ began punching her repeatedly in the head, which [similar to Evelyn Lozado] resulted in her being taken to the hospital and treated for her injuries suffered. Well, as far as Josie is concerned, that incident is all in the past now. Josie tells TMZ that she knows for certain that Floyd would never attempt inflict harm on her EVER again and for that reason she is ready to bury the beef between the two.
“S**t happens. I’m not mad at him at all … I love Floyd to death.“
“[Floyd] loves his kids and is a great father. He would never do anything like that again … I’m sorry the situation happened … now we will just progress and start over and move forward together.“
