More bad news follow Chad Johnson who allegedly headbutted his wife just six weeks after their marriage. The former Miami Dolphins wider receiver has been officially charged with assault and battery and has plead “NOT GUILTY” to the charges; reports TMZ.
The State Attorney for Broward County, Fla., filed the charge against Johnson on Wednesday Sept 12th.
Johnson is charged with ‘misdemeanor battery ‘ for supposedly headbutting Evelyn Lozada during an argument, where Lozada claims to have found a receipt for a box of condoms which she assumed was Johnson’s.
Since the public incident, Evelyn has filed for divorce citing that the couple’s marriage is “irretrievably broken“, meanwhile Chad is holding on to faith and trying to win Evelyn back. Surely, this is not good news for Chad [especially now having lost his job, reality show, endorsements, and wife]. Chad has even gone far as tattooing Evelyn’s face on his calf to prove his undying love for her.
