Reality star, Evelyn Lozado finally spoke out about the alleged headbutting incident with Chad Johnson [formerly Ochocinco] which resulted in her getting 4 stitches to her forehead and filing for divorce just five weeks after the two got married on July 4th of this year.
Now Chad Johnson has vowed to say nothing bad about Evelyn, although he first stated in his court dodcuments that it was Evelyn who headbutted him after the two got into a heated argument over condoms which Chad had purchased. Well, Evelyn sat down with Amy Robach of ABC’s Nightline News and said quite the opposite. Dressed in a well covered navy blue dress and pink stiletto’s, Evelyn Lozado said that Chad HEAD-BUTTED HER.
“I asked him about the condoms, and he said he purchased it for a friend. I knew he was lying. So I said I’m not going to stick with you through this even if our marriage is a laughing stock. That’s when he grabbed me [and she demonstrated by placing her hand around her neck] and he head butted me. All I remember is blood pouring down my face….. ”
Evelyn went on to say that she cannot imagine speaking to Chad at this time, and noted that Chad is a good person [great father and athelete] who made a bad decision and needs to get help. As for people who accuse her of getting what she deserved [given her own violent behaviors on the basketballwives reality show] Evelyn says;
“I understand why people may think that but that’s like saying that because a woman is dressed a certain way she deserves to be raped. Its unfair” People can have a perception of me but who I am on basketballwives was not who I was with Chad. I was a good wife and I didn’t deserve that! “

Evelyn also talked about how much her life has changed in the past few weeks and although she has not confirmed her return to basketballwives, she did note that the public public will see a changed in behavior in her upcoming reality show. Could she talking about the rumored reality show of Evelyn in a possible dating show [similar to Flavor of Love] where she’ll be seeking a new hubby. I’m sure that’ll be interesting. Hoping for the best!
