Beyonce Films “I Was Here” Video At UN Security Council

Just when we thought the video was going to be sung and performed live on World Humanitarian Day it was pre-recorded instead.

Beyonce attended the United Nations Security Council [aka General Assembly Office] earlier today  where she live taped her video of her  hit song “I Was Here“. As reported earlier, Beyonce has started a global campagin for World Humantarian Day which she’s requesting everyone to do a good deed for someone in need. Bey was decked out in an ivory white Marc Bouwer gown and reportedly blew audience memebers away with her stellar performance.

The video is said to premiere on World Humanitarian Day, Sunday August 19th.

Bey also spent some key time with 5 finalist of the Do Something Awards , General Secretary Ban-Ki Moon,  and CNN lead reporter Anderson Cooper before taking the stage.
