Radio personality VJ Charlamagne Tha God, of NY’s Power 105.1 radio station didn’t know what he was in for as he reported for his 5:00am shift Monday morning. As Charlamagne made his way into his work building, a man approached the Vj and requested “a drop” [aka shoutout] from Charlamagne.
Charlamagne didn’t even get to fully respond when all of sudden another unknown male “punched him” in the head from behind. In normal reaction Charlamagne ducked and blocked for cover while trying to square up with the male but he noticed that there were 5 men waiting to jump him he took the high road and ran inside his building.

Now, many people are calling out the star running and not taking the “ass whooping ” like a MAN, Meanwhile Charlamagne says that being unarmed and un prepared for a fight doesn’t constitute one for being a punk but rather smart in the situation.
