Ahhh! The Happier Days!
We all have witnessed Miami Heat star, Dwayne Wade as he went through a very public and nasty divorce with his ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade. After all the back and forth of who cheated on who, to when Wade started his relationship with current girlfriend Gabrielle Union, and who should get custody of the kids, Siohvaughn just couldn’t seem to get over the relationship and Move On.
Things heated up even further between the two after the courts awarded Dwayne full custody of their children Zaire and Zion and issued Shiovaugn visitation rights instead, leaving Siohvaughn even more angry and in revenge mode. Well, the straw definitely hit the camel’s back this weekend when Shiovaughn Wade allegedly prevented the boys from returning to their father for father’s days weekend.
Shiovaughn was ordered to return the children at 12pm to D-Wade’s sister in Chicago in ordered for them to catch their 3:00pm flight to Miami to meet up with their dad. However, things didn’t go as planned [or as I should say ordered]. Shiovaughn did not follow the agreement and avoided several phone calls and the police were called in. Upon their arrival, Shiovaughn was captured leaving with one of her sons and refused to turn over the children. The result: Shiovaughn was arrested!
The filing states that Siohvaughn attempted to leave the home with one of the boys when the Sheriff’s department showed up. Another woman, Nadgee Alarcon, was also inside the home and was charged with resisting arrest.
Dwyane charted a private jet to get his boys to him on Sunday, and his eldest son told him that the Alarcon woman “smacked him in the head.”
Dwyane’s lawyer, James Pritikin, filed an emergency motion in court on Tuesday to suspend Sioh’s visitation rights.
In the motion D-Wade lawyer’s says:
Once again, S.L. has used our minor children as the proverbial pawns in this contentious dissolution of marriage action. This court must take action to protect our minor children from further exposure to the present environment S.L. creates while they are in her care and preventing S.L. from exercising her parenting time in a manner that is harmful to our children.
The minor children have been subjected to great deal of drama/trauma as a result of S.L.’s conduct.
I hurts my stomach to see children [who truly are the innocent parties here] be caught in the middle of all the parents drama. SMH! Will keep you posted people.
