Beyonce Shut Atlantic City Down!
Queen Bey was trending all weekend. The ‘Love On Top’ singer performed a four-night concert the launch of Revel Resorts in Atlantic City this past weekend [May25-28] for 5,500 fans. Bey opened the show with her international hit song “End Of Time”. Bey was back in her element on stage; she was on key with her pitch and didn’t miss a step in her dance routine.
Many celebrities were in attendance [Kelly Rowland, Jennifer Hudson, Queen Latifah, Seltia Ebanks, The Dream, including Kim-K who snagged a few photos backstage with the Bey’s backup singers which she uploaded.
Sidebar: Kim wanted the haters to know that she is in close relations with Carter’s. Rumor has it that Bey’s camp was not pleased about the photo’s being leaked. But if they haven’t noticed by now Kim has and always will follow her own set of rules.
The Associated Press reported that First Lady Michelle Obama attended the concert with daughter Sasha and Mahlia [both of whom love Beyonce]. Beyonce also paid tributes to Whitney Houston, Donna Summers, Lauren Hill and the Goo Goo Dolls’ and she sung some of their notable hits “I Will Always Love You”, Naughty Girl [a sample of Love To Love You Baby] Ex-Factor, and “Iris.
