Michael Ealy Talks Think Like A Man, Taraji P. Hensen, & More On Wendy Williams Show

Michael Ealy [aka Mc.Dreamy Eyes] stopped by the Wendy Williams show earlier this week to promote his new tv show “Common Law”. While there, the the think like man co-star, talked about the success of the movie, a possible tv sequel [which Ealy said he loved to be in], and a few floating rumors, regarding his mother’s concern of him starring in the recent blockbuster film, and the growing rumor of his off screen relationship with his movie co-star Taraji P. Henson.

On his Mother’s Concern About His Role In Think Like A Man:
She was happy about ‘Think Like a Man’. Her biggest question every time I do a movie is, Are you gonna die? And then the second question is, Are you gonna be naked?

On Whether or Not He’s Dating Taraji P. Henson:
What I can tell you is that after film…[pause] And I know where this is coming from because after the film Taraji was stalking me and I think that’s what’s really spawning all of these rumors. So I told her, you know, you gotta stop. It was just a movie.[jokes and smiles] Um, but no, no seriously, we’re not together. But I guess we sold it onscreen because a lot of people believed that.

Wendy also asked Ealy about certain attributes he looks for in a woman. Michael admits that at one time he’d only prefer to date older woman [ie Halle Berry whom Ealy dated prior]. However, he says that he’s a bit more flexible in his objective these days. Ealy also revealed that he’s ‘Ass Man’ so a woman’s cupcake size is not that essential to him.

Michael Ealy also appears in the new tv show “Common Law”. The series is about two detectives whose biggest problem is each other. The two just can’t seem to get along at all. Ealy told tv guide:

The captain forces us to go to counseling because our arrest record is immaculate, we’re very good at what we do, so the twist [in the show] is we have to go to couple’s counseling to preserve our relationship in order to stay top cops.

Interesting plot. Common Law debut last night [Friday May 11th] on the USA network and is slated to run each week [same time] thereafter. Be sure to watch.
