The original footloose actor is back in headlines once again. Another man has come forward in the federal lawsuit against the a-list actor claiming that he too was rubbed the wrong way and propositioned for sexual favors from Travolta during a private massage session in an Atlanta hotel room earlier this year [Jan. 28].
The unknown male massuer [one who performs massage therapy on others] says that Travolta “groped him” and then tried to forced him to have sex with him. What’s interesting about this claim is that this male is alleging the same as another annonymous male [who sparked the initial lawsuit that was revealed on May 4th] who claims that Travolta attempted to do the same during a private massage at the Beverly Hills hotel on Jan. 16th of this year.
As a result of this new claim, both men [John Does] are now represented by the same lawyers and a 2 million dollars lawsuit is now underway against Travolta.
As for Travolta, he denounces all claims and says that the allegations are “ABSURD and FABRICATED” Travolta’s attorney [Marty Singer] says that they intend to counter sue the ‘John Does’ . According to Singer, Travolta was on set of a movie one the date of alleged crime with John Doe #1 and therefore believes that his client will be fully vindicated of these allegations.
After we were able to establish that anonymous Doe #1’s claims were totally absurd, the same attorney has now filed a claim on behalf of another plaintiff, Singer said.
Meanwhile the John Doe’s lawyers says that they have pictures that show Travolta was in Los Angeles on Jan 14th.
This is one big messy sphagetti and is surely not a good look for Travolta and his family who recently had a baby boy while still coping with the loss of their 16-year old son Jett who passed in 2009. However, I can’t help but think back when the photo [above] was released showing Travolta and the family nanny getting their smooch on before jet setting.
Travolta was outed prior by a former scientologist Michael Pattison who claimed that Travolta and porn star Paul Barresi were sexually involved and admits that Travolta was in “lewd sex acts with other men” as part of a “secret gay spa subculture. And now, a similar story is surfacing once more. Is this conspiracy or the truth exposing itself? Hmm?
