Basketball Wives’ Fans Sign Petition To Boycott Evelyn Lozada’s Bad Behavior

BBW reality star, Evelyn Lozado made a name for herself in season 1 of VH1’s basketball wives show with her catchy phrase words and fiesty attitude but in recent seasons [Season 3 and Season 4] we’ve seen Evelyn picking fights and  physical confrontations so often that I have to wonder if this is Eve’s new paid role on the show.

Well, unlike me who always hope for the “light at the end of the tunnel”, other folks are fed up with Eve’s behavior and feels that Evelyn’s bullying behavior is negatively impacting all women [young and old]  and now Change.org has stared an online petition to band the reality star from her upcoming spin-off reality show Chad and Eve.

Over 1,100 Basketball Wives fans have signed a petition asking fellow viewers to boycott one bullying cast member’s spin-off.

Evelyn Lozada, the former fiancee of basketball player Antoine Walker, is set to marry football player Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson and their relationship will be chronicled on the upcoming show Chad and Ev. The petition, created on Change.org by Alexis M, asks fans to contact VH1 directly with their concerns and boycott the show, explaining:

Evelyn Lozada is a bully. The violence on “Basketball Wives” is horrible and disgraceful. Physical assaults, threats, verbal abuse, harassment and VH1 is rewarding this behavior by giving her a show. Do not reward negative behavior…This is not a hate petition against Eveyln Lozada. We simply will not support violence. It hurts to see violence amongst women on television for entertainment purposes. It is not ok for women to hit each other on TV.

Sidebar: I hope change.org is doing the very same towards other reality show mebers who indulge in similar, tacky behaviors [mobwives. Housewives, Jersey Shore, etc. because it’s an epidemic among reality shows today.

Like many grown ass women, fighting [especially after 40] is simply “not cute” Eve. For someone who’s trying to be more business-like; your behavior will soon get you kicked out of the ‘boardroom’. You have too much going on for yourself so my advice would be to take page from Shaunie O’Neal’s book. Notice how she always remains neutral oppose to putting herself in a negative light yet she doesn’t mind her friends acting a damn fool season after season while cashing in on it all.

We all have to grow up one day. Eve, and it’s about time you start doing so!
