Up and coming rapper, Azealia Banks has been taking the industry by storm with her fast and witty rhymes. Known for a unique world play and metaphor content, Banks gained her notoriety on the underground scene but her popularity buzz grew instantly after she debuted her popular single “212” which topped the UK billboard charts.
Banks has now been offered to take her mark in industry. The harlem rapper nabbed the attention of Troy Carter [who is the manager of pop star Lady Gaga] recently and has announced that she has signed with up the industry heavyweight. Banks confirmed the new with her fans on twitter saying:
I just switched management.. Literally like three days ago, and have a whole new set of resources to take advantage of.”

The album which is entitled “Broke With Expensive Taste” is slated to drop later this summer. Banks recently signed a deal with Universal Music in January after departing from the large indie label XL Recordings.
