It’s been two months since th tragic and sudden passing of Whitney Houston. The mystery of her death has been a trending topics for weeks now; Was Whitney Doing Drugs? What were the prescription pills found in her hotel room? Well, the final autopsy have been revealed and why the details may not be much of a surprise to some people it’s quite shocking and shameful to others.
Last month, the Los Angeles coroners declared Whitney’s death one of accidental drowning, however new reports suggest that the star died from a combination of drug paraphernalia [prescription pills, cocaine, marijuana and alcohol] which was found in the Beverly Hilton hotel room where Houston died.
TMZ reports that police found:
spoon with a white crystal-like substance on it and a “white powdery substance”. The substances were later tested and found to be cocaine.
Coroners also reported that heart disease coupled with cocaine use was a contributing factor in her death. Officials report also confirmed that Houston had traces of marijuana in her system, as well as, prescription drugs including Xanax(anxiety medication), Flexeril (muscle relaxer) and Benadryl (allergy medication). as well as a large hole in Whitney’s nasal septem [nose].
Chances are if she did not have pre-existing heart disease and cocaine use, she might not have drowned- says L.A coroners.
Whitney’s mother, Cissy Houston is said to be devastated by the news. Cissy sat down with earlier this week and she candidly expressed her feelings on the autopsy and the public perception of Houston’s post death. Cissy and states that she is unashamed of her parenting with Whitney [who is her only daughter]
If I could do something to bring her back that is exactly what I’d do, but I know that’s impossible,” Cissy Houston said in the interview with My 9. “I don’t blame me for anything because I know I did the best I could for everything.
My children are my whole life,” she said. “She was very special to me. She was my only daughter and a good one. She looked after her family.
Cissy says she fears Whitney’s legacy as a drug addict oppose to her musical impact and who she [Whitney] really is off the cameras; a loving, caring ,funny, and wonderful being.
In related news Ray-J spoke out recently about the controversy surrounding Whitney’s death and his involvement. A fews week ago we posted an interview that was conducted by Bobby Brown’s sister, Leolah Brown and Dr. Drew where she [Leolah] states that Ray-J was the “runner boy” [the person who often purchased and submitted cocaine to Whitney from the time they met, up until her death on Feb 11th, 2012] for Whitney Houston.
Ray-J has denounced those claims. The singer reps told TMZ that Ray-J is highly upset at claims made by Bobby Brown’s sister, Leolah Brown, who went on national television and suggested thats he [Ray J] was to blame for Whitney’s demise. Ray J says the claim is absolute B.S.
