Nicki Minaj guest starred in “American Idol“ elimination show last night and boy did she wow the crowd with her performance. Minaj performed her latest hit single “Starships” which is peaked at the number ten spot on the billboards top ten list. Not bad Minaj. The rapper moved 20 steps below her 30th mark just one week ago.
Backed by a group of dancers and wicked choreography [by the lovely Laurie Ann Gibson], Nicki displayed her athletic side as she rap, sung and danced simultaneously. After the performance Nick tells Seacrest:
I’m having an amazing time.. I want to thank the you guys, the world and the barbz. My album comes out Tuesday April 3rd. so I was thinking may be I could come back and be a guest judge… Maybe she then says: J-Lo can you can scoot over a little bit and let me get in there?
J-lo responded:
Hey..I don’t know if there’s room for the two of us. Nicki agrees!
