Playboy head founder Hugh Hefner’s oldest son has now officially been charged with allegedly attacking his girlfriend, Claire Sinclair -reports TMZ.
Marston Hefner [in middle] was arrested earlier in February after allegedly punching and kicking his girlfriend [on left], the 2011 Playmate of the Year at the couple’s apartment in Pasadena, Calif. Yesterday, Tuesday Feb 28th, Martson was charged with assault, and battery.
According to court documents filed:
Cops were called to the couple’s apartment on Feb. 12 by one of Sinclair’s family members, saying that Marston Hefner had attacked the model. Officers found 20-year-old Sinclair with bruises and red marks on her arms. Marston Hefner admitted the two had argued but denied that he he had hit Sinclair
Any form of abuse should never be tolerated and victims of abuse should come forward and alert authorities. Now this case is still fresh and despite Martson denial of the assault, Claire is sticking to her word.
It’s interesting to see how this case isn’t highly publicized like the Chris Brown and Rhianna incident back in 2009. Wonder Why?
