Ray-J declares that it is not a tell-all.

Well, I don’t mention any names in the book. I kind of leave it open because I didn’t want to make it a tell-all. I wanted to make it a book about revelation about the things that I’ve done and the things I want to do in the future.

Frasier also asked Ray-J about his on and off again relationship with Whitney Houston.

Ray-J affirms that their relationship is strictly platonic, and that “their very good friends”. As for the the public outings, Ray-J sticks by his word and says that their just friends. He went on to say that the media and people assume its more than a relationship because of who Whitney is and given the two age differences.
