Another Nasty court battle with Halle Berry and her baby-daddy, Gabrielle Aubry. So Sad?
Halle has already gone above and beyond to gain full custody of her daughter but she has now taken a drastic step in order to protect her daughter Nahla from her father. Halle has requested an L.A> judge to grant her approval to move to overseas (France) with Nahla and her boyfriend Olivier Martinez.
This is Halle final attempt to get Aubry away from their daughter for good. It’s so hard to choose a side in this case because Nahla seem to be happy, unafraid, and unharmed when around both of her parents. TMZ reported that Aubry is outraged by Halle’s latest stunt and believes that “the move is punitive and designed to strip him of any contact with his daughter.”
Aubry was recently photographed as he picked up Nahla from school in West Hollywood earlier this week carrying a large purple stuff animal to greet her and later walking out with two of them in each hand.
Although things appear to be going well on the surface, things can turn quickly turn out bad for Nahla if Halle and Gabrielle continue on this path because a child is often scorned when they grow up without a parent. Stay tuned folks.
