First Lady, Michelle Obama appeared on the Ellen Show today to discuss her Let’s Move Campaign, an organization that fights against obesity. Midway through the interview Ellen challenged Mrs.Obama to an on-the spot push-up contest and the first lady agreed.
“How do you want to do do this?” Mrs. Obama replied as both women dropped and the audience counted out each push-up. “I’m calling it,” said Ellen meanwhile Mrs,Obama continued and completed five additional push-ups.
“I thought it wouldn’t be good to show up the first lady said Ellen to the audience, The first lady then responded: “I just stopped” insinuating that she could have done more push-up then she had done. Ellen is 54 and Mrs.Obama is 48 is a big inspiration to many women who strive to get a healthier life and shows us all that its never too late and your never too old to live your best self.
