Nicki Minaj Scores 4 Million Viewers On Vevo In 24 Hours Of New Single Release

Nicki proves once again that controversy sells! Her latest video, ‘Stupid Hoe’ is getting alot of press these days and in just 24 hours of its release over 4 million viewers have tuned in to watch. Despite its views Nicki’s new video has received alot of criticism from both her fans and music lovers. Some people think Nicki’s music has shifted 90 degrees now that she’s using more profanity in her raps while others criticize her new video for being too provocative.

Well, Nicki doesn’t really care and she recently alluded to the fact that it is for that reason why she decided to premiere her video on VEVO oppose to other big networks such as BET or MTV.

“Can’t premiere on a network b/c its important that my art is not tampered with, or compromised prior to you viewing it for the 1st time.”

One thing is for sure is that Nicki fans will ride with her to the end because the video has now received close to 12 million views since its release last week and it will increase even more so now that Nicki’s new album ‘Roman Reloaded’ has been moved from Feb 14. Valentines day to April 3rd instead.
