Gallbladder Disorders

Two days ago a friend of mine call me from the hospital to consult with me, about his wife being admitted  for her gallstones/gallbladder disorder, a life threatening decision.  So, I decide to bring you our viewers this vital information.

The Gallbladder is a three to four-inch-long pear shaped organ located on the right side of the body, directly under the liver. It is one of the function of the liver, and it act as a washing machine to remove poisonous toxins from the blood, so that

it can be expel from the body. The liver excretes all these gathered toxins in organ called the Bile. The bile contains cholesterol, bile salt, lecithin, and other waste substance, which is carried first to the gallbladder. The gallbladder holds it until food arrives in the small intestine, then it releases it into the bile, which passes through the cystic and bile ducts into the small intestine. Ultimately these toxins are passed out of the body through the feces.

Gallbladder disorder is abnormal concentration of build up bile acids, cholesterol, and phospholipids in the bile duct, and this cause the disorder called Gallstones, also known as cholelithiasis. Gallstones can range from the size o a tiny grain of sand to larger than a pea-sized mass. Seventy-five percent of gallstones are cholesteral stones, with the remaining 25 percent being pigment stones. If a stone is pushed out of the gallbladder and lodges in the bile duct certain symptoms will develop.

These symptoms often arise after a person has eaten fried or fatty foods. One symptom is, inflammation of the gallbladder, this can cause a severe pain in the upper right abdomen and/or across the chest, accompanied by fever, nausea, and vomiting. Other symptoms include a constant pain below the breastbone, that shoots into the right or left shoulder area and then into a person back. This pain can last from thirty-minutes to several hours. Your urine may be a tea or coffee color, and thee may be shaking, chills and jaundice(a yellowish discoloration of the skin and eyes). It is estimated that 20 million Americans have gallstones. In act, one in ten people have stones without knowing it.

RECOMMENDATION: For an attack, drink 1 tablespoon of apple cider in a glass of apple juice. This should relieve the pain quickly. If pain continue, go to the emergency room to rule out any other disorders. Eat 75 percent raw foods, fruits, and vegetables.  Include apple, aloe vera, and pear juice occasionally to help clean the liver.
