Shaniah has caused a viral stir with her you tube hit song “Tutu and Tennishoes”. The 7-year old artist, has more than 100,000 hits on her youtube page and now has girls all over sporting a new look. Shaniah recently spoke with Good Day Atlanta where she talked about the inspiration of the song and her music idols as well.
On Her Inspiration Of The Song:
“I have a lot of tutus and a lot of tennis shoes, you put them together and you have Tutus and Tennis Shoes,” said Shaniah Jones.
On The Song’s Success Thus Far:
“The song gets in people’s heads because they “always watch it and it’s like, when you always watch something, it keeps on getting in your head.”

“Seven years, second grade. My cousin, we used to go over her house and start dancing and rapping. And that’s how I got started.”
