The C.L.O.D of the day goes to: Kimani Marley “Dear Dad”
This song is truly inspirational. In this song Kimani writes a letter to late father, Bob Marley. As we all know, Bob Marley is a legend by his birthright but he is also one of our falling music heroes who was gone too soon. In the song, Kimani talks about that missing void in his life from his father death. Kimani also expressed while learning who his father was, through friends, family, and his mother, he long desired to have had that father and son relationship.
There are many people, male and female who either lost their parent(s) at an earlier age, or have never known their parent(s) who often too feel or felt that same void and rarely express it. Kimani reminds us that its never too to speak to your loved ones.
