Bravo gave its viewers a a bonus episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta in dedication earlier this week, Tues. Dec.13th to Sheree Whitfield child support drama against ex-hubby, retired NFL baller Bob Whitfield after Bob unexpectedly filed a subpoena against Sheree Whitfield for child support modification.
Sheree had been contemplating going into a litigation battle over child support claiming that courts were bias to her given Bob celebrity and had found favor in him during the divorce trial. One reason Sheree had not been awarded the 6 figures that she intended on receiving, she may put her foot in her mouth after publicly announcing on live television of her demands and expected outcomes during the first season.
The show took an yet another unexpected turn when Bob Whitfield, former graduate of Stanford University showed up in as his own legal counsel to take on Sheree and her friend and attorney, Phaedra Parks. Phaedra assured Sheree that her first day in court would be easy but it was quite the contrary.
Bob issued a file of contempt against Sheree alleging that Sheree breached order of the courts from their divorce trial and he also contended modification for child support, alleging that he currently earns 3,000 per month oppose to 20k he had earned four years prior.
Now mediatakeout.com, a normally untrusted site revealed actual court documents from Bob and Sheree divorce that showed that Sheree may very well have breached court orders resulting in Bob Whitfield to lose his equity profits of the home which he was granted. This is a very serious charge which ultimately delays their child support case.
I’m pretty sure Sheree will not be affected by the delay. Sheree bought a brand new navy-blue porche and flaunted it off to friend Phaedra just one day before her court date with Bob , Not to mention Sheree is busy building Sheree Chateau, a new home that covers well over 2 cares.
