Well we can end the curiosity and speculation the Demi and Ashton are officially over.
The two decided to end their six year marriage and both Demi and Ashtoon addressed their fans. Demi said:
“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I decided to end my six year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother, and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in the spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.”
Ashton than responded via twitter
“I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK”.
I was truly rooting for this couple but there was clearly some issues that was causing distress in the marriage. There;s clearly more to the story that we just don’t get see. Some people have speculated that Ashton wanted to have a family of his own, and Demi did not want anymore kids.
Word to wise Cougars! You should always be on edge when dating a younger man that does not have children. Cause 99% of the time; they do, and if you cannot or will not bare their children, your man will seek other prospects. No punt intended for Ashton but he is rumored to engage in sex without condoms, and that may be great for Demi who cannot bare children at her age but what about the alleged younger mistress. Just a thought?
