Well this is one rumor that is true. Gloria and Matt Barnes have both confirmed their separation to the public. This seems quite surprising from these two; they constantly battled with the media about their on-and-off relationship, even last year (August 2010) when they cancelled their wedding their ceremony.
Gloria and Matt have spoken openly about their separation. Matt said this
“I’d like to address the rumors surrounding mine and Gloria’s relationship,” We have reached the difficult decision of ending our relationship and will be going our separate ways at this time.”
Gloria then re-confirmed Matt’s statement saying:
“I’m sure you guys are hearing a ton of buzz about Matt and Me breaking up, sorry to say… its true!” Gloria tweeted Monday afternoon, backing up Matt’s sentiments that their children will be their focus through the heartbreak. “The most important thing is focusing on my kids and continuing to have a good relationship with their father.
Interesting twist. Gloria and Matt fall apart and her sister Laura Govan regains her relationship with her “ex” who is now her fiancee again “Gilbert Arenas. I guess will have to see what will happen now.
He added, “We will work together to raise our sons and wish each other only the best.”
Gloria chose to make her statement via Twitter, confirming that she and her long-time fiancée are no longer an item.
